We worked with Don as our loan officer at Loan Factory with Nami as our loan processor. Don guided us throughout the process as first time home buyers. He was always there to answer any questions we had and clearly explained each step of the process. Nami worked very efficiently to make sure we were on top of any documents that were needed or had to be signed. She worked hard to coordinate everything between all parties.
